Paperworld Middle East is the largest international trade exhibition for the stationery, paper, gifts and office supplies in the Middle East. The trade show welcomes 10,000+ visitors through the doors of Dubai World Trade Centre to trade with 200+ exhibitors over the course of 3 days

  • Department stores, consumer stores, stationery shops, paper and office supplies shops, hypermarkets and supermarkets, duty free shops
  • Specialist retail trade, gift shops, hobby stores, Specialty stores like artists' materials, bookshops, photography shops, toy stores, DIY shops

  • Corporate gift buyers in hospitality, finance, pharma, advertising & events
  • Office Managers of small, medium and large organization’s in need of office supplies and stationery

Entry is free to all trade visitors.

For health & safety purposes you are required to pre-register. There will be no onsite registration at the venue.

After you have registered online, you can print a copy of your badge as it is attached to your badge email (this will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to the show).

Register your interest in visiting

Registration for the show is non-date specific. Once you have registered and have printed your ticket you are able to attend the show on any of the show open days and as many times as you wish.

12 - 14 November 2024, 10am to 6pm daily

Children under 18 are not allowed to attend the event as this is a trade only, and there are no facilities available to take care of your children while you visit the show.

Yes, the conference is free to attend. Your badge will provide you access, no additional registration is required. The schedule will be published on the website and app closer to the show. 

You can visit the government website for more information 

Unfortunately we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which may be sufficient for visa application.
